You are receiving this email because you have an active parking reservation account with Select-a-Spot.

Imperial Parking Corporation ("Impark"), one of North America's leading parking operators has recently acquired the BART online reservation system contract from Pacific Park Management. This notification is to inform you that as a result of that acquisition, Impark will begin operating the Select-a-Spot reservation system effective September 1, 2014.

Although the anticipated effect of this transfer will be minimal, your consent is required to transfer your Select-a-Spot account information to Impark. You must provide such consent on or before September 30, 2014 by clicking ‘I accept’ below. After you provide such consent, your account information will be transferred to Impark and treated in accordance with the Impark Privacy Policy http://www2.impark.com/pages/en-priv...vancouvermetro and the Select-a-Spot Terms of Use https://www.select-a-spot.com/bart/terms/. If you provide such consent in a timely manner, your daily and/or monthly reservations will be honored and can be utilized without disruption.

Failure to provide such consent prior to September 30, 2014 may result in the cancellation of existing daily and/or monthly reservations.
