I'm trying to help some friends who are looking to book tickets LHR - BNE then SYD - LHR. I pointed them in the direction of ITA Matrix and they've found some flights on Singapore which fit the bill. This is the result:

TOTAL AIRFARE & TAXES GBP3,067.84
On Singapore's website, best we can find is £3,223.84 which is M out and W back/Flexi Saver.
Alternatively on the way back they could go SQ242/SQ306 for £3,152.84 which is M to BNE and N from SYD (Sweet Deals)but the flight times don't particularly appeal.
The final passenger has a different return date. ITA says:

Singapore's website also says £1,089.56 when you put those dates in, but when you click on the relevant flights it goes up to £1,316.56. This is M out and B back/FlexiSaver.
Shouldn't we be able to replicate what ITA Matrix have found on the Singapore Airlines website?
Also, the infant is still just a bump! How do you go about booking for an unborn infant?
Any thoughts would be welcome!
