I thought of this thread when I saw the water goblets in the dried seafood case in the food hall in Shanghai (Nanjing road) last week. Meant to take a photo but I was feeling claustrophobic and had to get out (it was Sunday afternoon - very crowded).

Guess the little dried shrimp aren't supposed to get *too* dry?^
