Yes you can, however your Octopus card / paid ticket will be debited for the full amount of the HKEX so you need to bear that in mind. You can still travel to Tsing Yi and pay the extra for the Disney Land bits. If the flight is after midnight, you can still check in for what is effectively the previous day at IFC or Kowloon.
