It's been a long time since we've travelled with an infant. Not sure the infant (on an infant booking) would be entitled to the extra bag. I think you are best advised to call BA to seek clarification on the policy and ask them to make a note on your PNR if the answer is affirmative to ensure your're not charged at check-in for the infant's extra bag.
