Since almost never is there a baggage agent who is checking bag tags against bag claim stubs, has anyone ever had an issue with bag arriving early and then being mistakenly picked up by Ma and Pa Kettles (it was black, just like ours!!)? I've never had a problem, but with the unclaimed bags floating around the conveyor until a baggage agent sets them off to the side, there does seem to be a potential for mischief, or worse.
