Are you sure it was Citibank applications she was talking about, or were you possibly dinged for too many hard pulls in general? There's a big difference, and it could answer your own question on the days if it was the latter.
it was specifically like i mentioned it, "we cannot process your application at this time" " too many applications approved recently"
i asked if I can call back later, the answer was
"You are welcome to apply again later" At least this is what i was told.
i did explain my previous 30k canceled application in between to try to get a feeling if that was the problem, but i didn't get an input on that,
