Just wondering if it is possible to get personal mail (sent by relative) at the hotel your staying at? If so do they usually charge for this service? What type of hotel offers this type of service?

I'm about to leave for a trip to NY/DC (then go to Asia) in a few days but a bank debit card I need will not arrive until a few days after I leave so wondering if I can still get the mail forwarded by my family members. thanks.
