I also assume the Sheraton TS NYC allows pets. If I remember correctly when I was watching parts of the Westminster Dog Show they were the official hotel a couple of years back.

An advanced search can be performed on SPG.com for Pets Allowed.
For example, a search of all Starwood properties using New York, NY in the location yields 28 properties that accept pets.
To clarify since I just couldn't find this when I tried it on starwoodhotels.com....it is not an option when you do an advanced search but when you search as
controller1 states there is then a section on the left side of the hotel results screen called "Refine Results - Hotel Type & Amenities" which lets you then chose the "Pets Allowed" option that finally brings up the hotels that accept them.
