As nux wrote, it is a known bug. What you see in MMB is no longer your real seat. I had it happened to me a few times. I would suggest calling in and asking them to change your seats (they will need to go into a special system to do that). Otherwise check-in at T-24 to get the desired seat as most probably you're somewhere in the back now.
