DL617 HNL-NRT flying over Guam. Why?

I know there is a large Tropical Storm Kammuri between Saipan and Iwo. But it still doesn't explain why DL617 HNL-NRT (767, not the NRT-GUM leg which is 757) is flying now toward Guam then planning to fly very far west before turning NE for Tokyo. On-time departure, ETA 2.5 hours late.

Everything else between Hawaii and Japan are flying normal routes.
