Already explained clearly that I have been unfaithful and Im far from being perfect or a model citizen. Im fully aware of my own shortcomings.

Let me restate the sentiment: if you want to resist temptation while traveling, the minimum you can do is to resolve not to set up tempting situations. To begin with, don't post questions on Internet forums asking for advice on how to get airplane seats next to attractive members of the opposite sex.
If you find this difficult, you should cultivate the habit of asking yourself whether an action you're contemplating would tend to facilitate unfaithfulness.
