The hotel
is honoring the reservation - ie, they're not walking the OP. It's just the view that's changed, so ultimate reservation can't be invoked. The room type guarantee is limited to bed type or smoking/non-smoking, so that guarantee can't be invoked as well. And MVCI properties are not listed for either of those two guarantees.
