However, the OP has a confirmation showing ocean view. It was later switched to a garden view & now ocean views are no longer available. Given the OP has a confirmation I think he has a right to be unhappy, although at this point I don't know if there's a solution.

I'm starting to read more threads (not all MCVI related) both on FT & Insiders where guests rooms are getting switched from what they reserved/have confirmations for, which is disturbing.
