I believe on 2 class flights you can upgrade using Avios from Y-J. Not tried it though.

How is it an ET seat? It has seat back IFE and isn't a seat type used in the short haul fleet. The pitch is the same as most long haul aircraft and is advertised as world traveller on mid haul routes too.
