Does anyone know what the current situation is with UOB and the 10x points awarded for Paywave transactions using the PPV card?

Some people on the HDZ forum have reported that they no longer receive 10x points because they have reached the annual spending limit for the bonus points. Previously it was implied that the limit would kick in for all transactions from July 1 onwards, but people are saying that they have had all their 2014 transactions counted towards this limit.

Is this simply a case of bad luck for a handful of people or a general overhaul of the annual limit policy to cover previous transactions before July 1?
