Moscow, a right dogs breakfast of a service

That is if you feed your dog a tiny stale cheese bun for breakfast

As of October,

To DME 8:30 flight is a 4 class 747, 11:30 flight an A320 Mid haul with no WTP, no hot food and essentially ET in the back and 21:30 is a mix of 767 with WTP some days and an A320 others

So no WTP on two flights a day, sometimes, WT on the second and overnighter sometimes and sometimes delivered in a seat worse than ET with a service akin to band 1 ET with only a stale sandwich, but happily sold by BA as WT as the planes cannot do hot food in WT... Though BMI managed to do so with the same planes.

Then in November, a mix of 747 and 777 on the 8:30 and the same A320s, so two types of WTP as well...

What a ridiculous mess of a service, looks like I am gonna avoid all but 233 and 232, or if I have to do an overnight, I will be on the UN flight into VKO that gets in at 1:30 so I can get some sleep, or SU to SVO, and crash at my apartment for a few hours

BA advertise and sell WT on the route, yet on two of the three flights will deliver a service that is poorer than ET, with no legroom, no hot food and no IFR.

The CSM who showed me this info said thank goodness it goes to MF as there is going to be a stink and he is glad he does not have to deal with it

Rant over.
