So the next question is if you create that "dummy" reservation to pull out all your points, then make the reservation you really want and delete the "dummy" reservation, will Marriott automatically pull the points into the 2nd reservation (leaving you again with no points?) Or will get to keep those points in your account (at least until the old 1 week before stay point?)
