Yes,
Cityflyer express operated the ATR- two models, the -72 and a smaller model.
The ATR-72 had face to face seating row 1 and two on the CD side of the aircraft.
Cityflyer served NCL with these aircraft, too.

Brymon had a similar arrangement on their DHC 8-300s but flew to NQY, PLH and BRS from Gatwick.
