I'm 6'3" and weigh 86kg (That's 13,54 stone or 189 pounds for those stuck in the middle ages) and the L is far too baggy for my liking. Hence I ask for M. Problem with the middle size however is that after one wash, the top shrinks and is too short and useless for re-use.
