Sweet. That might explain why whenever something rejects my Citi TYP (signature plus online pin), the PenFed pin goes through without a hitch.
Is there any reason why I'd want a offline-pin-as-CVM1 card given I have a card with offline PIN in CVM2 or CVM3?
