Not really. Many times some of the names are either left out or there isn't enough space in the BP or the booking system to have it all.
But that being said, the secure traveler information to enter for TSA does need to match the passport and is done separately and
does not take name from the booking process. Its always done at check-in and needs to match passport name. But I am sure there are many cases where that name also doesn't match but TSA's algorithms can easily identify the correct person based on DOB and Passport details.
