Is there still a Plus card offer out there?

I have the Premier and need 40k RR points to get a companion pass. Figured I'd add the Plus but I am not seeing any offers.

As a side note I have not seen mentioned, I got 12,500 RR points from Dish Network and they counted towards earning a companion pass.
