So... did he use the transporter to get off the plane? Sure it's possible the man boarded the plane and wasn't on it when it landed. It's more possible that these 'officials' are official clowns for letting this happen. It's all because these jackasses are still randomly harassing passengers instead of focusing their efforts on real, credible threats based upon probable cause.
