I was in First so I got a little bottle of water when I boarded. I do not know what they did in coach. I did use the restroom and there was no sanitzer(s) in the bathroom.

I just overheard the conversation between the crew when the pilot asked " is there any running water?" after I had sat down. We were already running 20 minutes late because the gate was sharing a bridge with another flight that was running late as well.

The passengers did not know of a problem until we were in the air and the announcement was made about no coffee or water in the restrooms.
