Yawn. Full-flaps landing vs. no-flaps isn't that big a deal to a pilot. Just means you have to land a faster speed because the stall speed his higher. Which means you need to have an runway of adequate length due to the increased landing roll distance the aircraft needs to stop.
I wouldn't say it's any more dangerous other than the fact that pilots don't get to practice many no-flap lands (or takeoffs) outside the simulator.
