Compare that to someone who reaches gold by spending £15K plus on their flights. Who is more valuable to BA? Who will they worry about losing long term?

I just think the revenue model is a business case that is difficult for any airline to ignore. It may not happen - but I just happen to think it will.

Revenue is priority.
