Flew an early morning leg today CLE-MSP. There was no water on board in the galley or bathrooms. ( the flight was in a rather worn CRJ) The consequence was there was no coffee nor an ability to wash your hands. I heard the crew talking about it before we took off and thought it had been corrected. ( I guess not)

I appreciated that the flight was not delayed because of this but wondered if it was kosher?
