Yep. The main disadvantages are that the PIN isn't changeable and the not good rewards program. It's a last resort card for me if my CSP doesn't work.
And you also can't change the PIN on their ATM debit card as well (which you get if you have a checking account with them). So that's one of the caveats of AFCU; all of their cards have non-changeable PINs.
