I'm on MEL-LAX on oct 31 on the 787-9 and yes, the exit rows are indeed E+ on the seatmap..

Hmm in 16A (Bulkhead window..) wonder if I should move to exit row (Waitlisted for UG)

EDIT: Just seen we have been downgauged to a 787-8
