I've flown quite a bit with AA and I can't think of a single time where an AAgent was out of line rude. Now, I'm not rude to them, so that probably has more to do with it than anything.

The grass isn't greener. I'd suggest looking in the mirror and seeing that you are likely part of the problem as well. Next time you interact with them, be polite, ask questions. If the answer is no, accept it and move on.
