You are a DM. Your guest needs not travel on a OW airline:
1.
Guests can be travelling on any airline, as long as they are accompanied by a member and access the lounge in accordance with the member’s entitlement.
2. If the member is travelling on a non-Cathay Pacific/non-Dragonair/non-oneworld carrier flight, guest access is restricted to Cathay Pacific Business Class lounges and Dragonair lounges.
