You can fly from Fiji to the Cook Islands if you can find a reasonable way of getting to Fiji in the first place! I believe you can fly there directly from Hong Kong with Cathay and I assume Qantas fly from Oz. I can heartily recommend Fiji and the Cook Islands for a two-centre trip!
