I have called AA several times over the last 12 hours to do a same day flight change, changing the routing from FLL-DFW-PHX to MIA-DFW-PHX. I have done this kind of change between 7 and 10 times. These 2 airports have historically been co-terminals, which has allowed a passenger to change these airports interchangeably. I spoke with one rep who indicated that she cannot make this change. Then spoke with another rep who was about to make the change but and take my payment but then said he cannot. I then got transferred to a lady today who had a terrible attitude and hung up on me.

I am done with AA, they keep getting stricter by the day and always blame the merger with US for this. However, since the merger, I have flown US several times and have had a great experience with them every time, even often being able to make small flight changes.

AA has lost sight of the little things and I am done with AA and their ........ will probably take my business to United.
