I have made a number of reservations on line using the Accor website, while logged on to my account.

For some of these reservations I used the Corporate Account ID/Contract Number of my employer. Although confirmed, these reservations are not shown in my "Upcoming Stays" on the website or in the app. I can only retrieve them by entering my reservation number, name and arrival date.

The other reservations are all listed in my "Upcoming Stays".

This issue is new to me, reservations with corporate ID used to be listed in my "Upcoming Stays" just like any others.

I was afraid that these reservations would not count for current points promotions, so I contacted Accor. They checked the reservations at their end and confirmed that everything should be OK. However they also expected the reservations to show in my "Upcoming Stays", which is obviously not the case.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
