ok, I ll give them fly most often - but please - what "wide experiences of air travel" do people who always fly AC for work have?
It says an online survey? How was it conducted? Who participated? Were these people solicited to do so?
Would the results be different if they polled people exiting terminal 3?
I bet you if you asked a 1000 people in the MLL, you could get a better result.
What if you asked a 1000 people at YTZ - what would the results be then?
