I'm not sure what "options" would be available but whatever. I may just drop the issue due to the annoyance factor. Anyone experience similar issues with Barclay's Arrival (good or bad)?
I had the same issue in Hawaii. My 5yo did the submarine tour, Atlantis Submarines, a tour operator, but it was reported as "RECREATION SERVICES". Booking a Trilogy boat trip through Pleasant Holidays, a travel agency, was also coded as "RECREATION SERVICES". I had the same path as you. SM said to call, and after a few calls questioning their policies, I finally got them to manually process one charge (I didn't need both). CapitalOne is the total opposite IME and from what I read, if it's not automatically eligible, say it's travel related and they'll process it. I've heard about bikes and iPads processed successfully, and has an Android tablet approved myself.
