Smaller cities (many cities have airports that aren't too far from the city)
San Antonio
Memphis
Jackson, MS
Little Rock, AR
Dallas Love
Albuquerque, NM
Fort Lauderdale, FL
Rochester, NY
Buffalo, NY
Louisville, KY
Omaha, NE
Billings, MT
Madison, WI

Lower tier (not that convenient or takes a while)
Boston
St. Louis
Philadelphia
Chicago O'Hare
Atlanta
Newark
No Minneapolis? Not only you can get to downtown Minneapolis in twenty minutes, you can also get to the Mall of America in about ten. Plus, if you have the time, you can now get to St Paul (with lots of interesting stuff along University Ave)
