Flight cancelled but no notification received
I booked a CX flight using AA miles for late December. The flight was cancelled more than 3 months before the departure date, but I didn't get any emails about the cancellation. I only found that out myself online because I was checking my flight details, but had I not checked my flight until last minute, what would have happened? Go to the airport on the original departure date and find out that our flight had been cancelled since August? Shouldn't AA or CX notify us of the change by email at least? Has this ever happened to you before?
