EK is a pretty good bet for you, and the service is pretty good (most of the time). The ICE is really top notch, so your kids should be distracted for quite a while if they are 6+.

SQ is a close second (though some might disagree). IFE movies are quite updated, but games can do with some work. The "Book-a-cook" feature for J might interest you, and your family as well.
