I just stayed at this hotel and they have the following policy:

No accor points unless your total bill comes to at least 650 yuan.

Fortunately, the GM made an exception for me and said he would continue to do so in my case, as a Platinum member. However, I do find this policy to be very strange and don't see how Accor would let them get away with it?
