The bus between terminals is easy enough, just follow the signs to connect to T4 upon arrival. The C1 airport line runs on the same schedule every day. The 31st is not a holiday, but they usually run reduced schedule through the evening and the Sol station will be shut down for Metro and Cercanías (doesn't affect the airport line).
