I just saw that WN Flight 1704 from SMF to BUR was diverted to LAX yesterday for a high speed landing after the flaps malfunctioned. One witness stated that "We landed ... almost at full speed." The article goes on to say that the passengers would be flown on from LAX to BUR. Would WN really fly from LAX to BUR?
