I've had the Everki Versa Premium backpack for about 6 months now and really like it. I used to have a bag about the size of the Concept, but wanted something less sporty and more structured and professional-looking (and let's save the "any backpack is not professional" chirping for the other dedicated thread on that topic).

So far holding up very nicely, and I travel almost every week. It was a worthwhile adjustment "down-sizing" my bag, to be honest. I found that I carried around a lot of stuff just b/c I could. Now I'm a bit more thoughtful when it comes to carrying stuff, although it still has plenty of room for printed slide decks/presentations and other items.

I haven't had a chance to test the warranty yet. The one thing that is getting worn is the metal "Everki" nameplate on the front of the bag. It is scratched up, but not anything a black permanent marker can't fix.
