Buying JC Penny Gift Cards thru UR Mall receiving 10x
I wondering if anyone has had any experience with receiving the 10x points that UR mall is offering for JC Penny when purchasing gc s thru jc penny. The terms say it will not. I know you often still receive the points for gc purchases.
