I agree that 1D over reacted to the situation and I sympathise with 2A that she felt upset about it

I do think though that 2As response of "I didn't do it deliberately " is not the best way to apologise when something like this happens a sincere " oh im so sorry about that " would be better

I am not sure I would be too happy with 2As response but I still l would not react in the way the gentleman did

hopefully the outcome of a situation like this would be for 2A to take more care whilst moving about the cabin and for 1D to think before he speaks
