Multi Trip Baggage Allowance

Apologies, not sure if this should be in the CX forum or BA forum, so feel free to move.

I booked the following last night using UUA:

LHR>HKG>SIN>LHR

The LHR>HKG (CW) leg is served by BA. The HKG>SIN (Premium Economy) by CX. The SIN>LHR (CW) by BA.

When booking over the phone, I specifically asked if I will get the same luggage allowance throughout (3 x 23Kg), and was informed I would.

However, upon checking MMB, I saw the HKG>SIN leg with CX gives me a 30Kg allowance.

I called back and spoke to the person I booked this with and was informed he'd made an error and it was indeed 30Kg. He said he cannot increase the limit as I'd be staying in SIN and not in transit. If I was in transit then I would get the full allowance.

However, when I checked on the CX website, it says Premium Economy pax get 25Kg.

So I'm not sure where BA got the 30Kg from? Also, should I accept what BA said regarding them not being able to change this? I don't know if I'll need the full 3 x 23Kg allowance but it's always reassuring just in case.

Thanks.
