By all means try it. But, I think you'll find that all phone calls (except possibly reservations) now lead to Southwest. They have closed the A+ Rewards Dept, the Business Desk and the Elite Desk.
You could also try Southwest Customer Relations 214-932-0333 Mon-Fri, 7am-8pm CT. They have more experienced people and more latitude to deal with things.
