Yes this was my thinking too
Of course we have no idea if the OP actually wants a stopover - and the initial indication is that she/he does NOT want one (post #1 mentioned transiting HKG)
I was merely pointing out that since two awards would be required, there is the option of having a stopover (and not necessarily at HKG, but optionally elsewhere in Asia2)
