I was on UA 201 - IAH-HNL a couple of weeks ago. Over 7 hour flight - no wifi, no power outlets - sucked! UA offered email with 2500 miles or $50 compensation

I'm on the same flight tomorrow and am not looking forward to the same problem...?
Why do you feel you are entitled it any compensation at all? I think their offer was exceptionally generous. Wifi and power outlets are not a right that they denied you. They are purely optional services that are nice to have if available.
